The guarantee runs for 14 days from delivery. Within that window your client gets unlimited revisions and a full refund if we can't get the documents right — so a referral can never backfire on you. After 14 days the documents are finalised and yours to use and edit freely. Ongoing changes after that — such as the annual 1 July award-rate updates — are handled by the optional Annual Compliance Review, not the guarantee.
We pay commission monthly by EFT for every referral that purchased in the previous month, plus commission on any annual renewals that processed. You'll get a simple statement showing each referral and amount.
We know every client's name and cross-reference them with any you send our way. You'll also get a personal referral link to share. Either way it's attributed to you automatically — you'll never have to chase after it.
